MAY 2022: 

Royal Oak Musicale Chorus 2022 Scholarship Winners will take place on Tuesday, May 17th at 7:30 pm. It is being held at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church located at 814 N. Campbell Rd. in Royal Oak.

Civil War Day is back at the Orson Starr House on Saturday May 21st from 10 am to 4 pm.  Come out and be a part of living history for our Civil War Day. We’ll have re-enactors, live demonstrations, musicians, and exhibits.  Starr House is located at 3123 N Main St, Royal Oak.


On Friday, May 27th at 7 pm, John Davids is presenting a fascinating look at the old Tiger Stadium and the fight to renovate the beloved ballpark, showing what could have been instead of having the new Comerica Park.  To register & for more information, please click here:  


The Memorial Day Pancake Breakfast returns!  Join the Royal Oak Historical Society at the Royal Oak Farmers Market on Monday, May 30th from 7 am until noon.  Stop by before or after the parade.  It's all you can eat! Adults $6; and $3 for children under 10.

The Art of Fire, Clay, Glass, Metal will take place on Saturday, June 11th & Sunday June 12th 

Juneteenth is happening in downtown Royal Oak this year on Sunday, June 19th.   Please save the date and check out this website for details as we get closer to the date.
