Fee Threshold Borrowing privileges are suspended for accounts which have accumulated a total of $15.00 in fees  
Prints & Copies Black & white photo copies & prints First 5 pages of printing are free. Copies are full cost. $0.10 per page
  Color photo copies & prints $0.25 per page
Auditorium Rental
 For-Profit 2 Hours @$100; $50/hour thereafter
  Non-Profit
Proof of either 501 (c) (30) certificate or State of MI non-profit Articles of Incorporation & Bylaws		 2 Hours @$50.00; $25/hour thereafter
Library Card Resident (Full access) Free to residents
  Non-Resident (Full access to ROPL services; not to other TLN libraries) $125.00
Inter-Library Loan The Library Network Free
  MelCat (ROPL card holders) Free to residents
Miscellaneous USB Flash drives $2.00
  Headphones or earbuds $2.00
  Button-making supplies $0.05 per button
  Laminating sheets $0.25 for 8x11; $0.50 for 11x17 and larger
