Monday - Thursday access time varies.
Friday you have access to the facility to start to set up for your event at 1pm.
Saturday you have access to the facility to start set up for your event at 3pm.
Sunday you have access to the facility to start set up for your event at 5pm.
All events must end at 11pm with all event items out of the building by 12 midnight.
The base rental price starts at $3,300 plus a staffing fee depending on how many people/space you need and the day of the week.
The fee includes a limited number of 6-foot rectangle tables.
Also, for an additional fee we have black curtains to cover selected areas of the building as well as 5-foot round tables, HiTop tables, black chairs and white chairs to rent.
You may bring in any caterer or Food Truck of your choice. If you use Food Trucks they must be less than 10'-5" in total height to come into the building. Pizza and BBQ Trucks must be outside. The real savings is alcohol. You can purchase and bring in your own alcohol as long as it’s not a cash bar.
There is a $1000 deposit to hold a date.
