2024 Construction Projects Map

Use the map above to see if a project is affecting your street. The city realizes construction will be an inconvenience and all efforts to expedite the work will be utilized to minimize traffic conflicts and access to various properties abutting the project.

Notices of Construction have been mailed to affected residents and copies are available online here.

CAP2410 Water Main Improvements

All water main installation and connections are complete for both streets, only roadwork is remaining.

On Northwood, the contractor is finishing concrete work in various areas along the corridor including sidewalk ramps and curbing,.

On Sycamore, the contractor will be working on the driveway approaches for the north side of the roadway.

The contractor is also finishing some intersection work at Maplewood and at Bonnie View Drive this week.

CAP2440 Green Infrastructure Improvements

Sheridan Drive - Arden Place - Grandview Road

The contractor is grading and prepping the roadway for new concrete on Grandview this week. They are also working on landscape restoration.
