2024 Construction Projects Map

Use the map above to see if a project is affecting your street. The city realizes construction will be an inconvenience and all efforts to expedite the work will be utilized to minimize traffic conflicts and access to various properties abutting the project.

Notices of Construction have been mailed to affected residents and copies are available online here.

CAP2407 Crooks Road

The contractor will be continuing concrete removals this week. Once all removals are complete and prepped they will schedule concrete trucks for pouring, possible towards end of week.

CAP2435 Road Reconstruction

All project streets are complete with only minor landscape restoration and punch list work remaining, except Vinsetta.

On Vinsetta, the contractor will be working on rain garden excavation and storm sewer installation in the median greenbelt this week.

CAP2410 Water Main Improvements

All water main installation and connections are complete for both streets, only roadwork is remaining.

On Northwood, the contractor will continue working on pavement removals and pouring new concrete between the railroad and Crooks, and work on clean up.  Once complete the roadway surface will be milled, which is tentatively scheduled for early next week.

On Sycamore, the contractor is working on concrete removals on the south side of the roadway. Once complete new curbing will be installed, which is tentatively scheduled for end of week.

If residents driveway access will be affected, they will be notified beforehand via doorhanger.

CAP2440 Green Infrastructure Improvements

Sheridan Drive - Arden Place - Grandview Road

The contractor will be working on pouring new concrete on Arden Place and Sheridan this week. Once poured the concrete will take 7-10 days to cure before vehicles can drive on it again.

If residents will be affected by a water shut off, they will be notified beforehand via doorhanger with the date, start time and duration of the shut off.

If residents driveway access will be affected, they will be notified beforehand via doorhanger.
