Juneteenth: What's open? What's closed?- City of Royal Oak offices will be closed on Wednesday June 19 in observance of the Juneteenth holiday. Normal police and fire services will be provided.
- Surface lot and on-street metered parking will be FREE.
- Curbside recycling and trash pickup is NOT delayed for this holiday,
