CAP2008 - Crooks Road Resurfacing

The contractor is continuing pavement removals this week, working south to north. They will also start pouring the new pavement this week near 13 Mile Road. New water main installation near 14 Mile Road is expected to be complete by the end of this week. Once installation is complete the new water main will be tested. If any property owners will be affected by a water shut-off, you will be notified in advance with the date, time and duration of the shut off.

During construction, Crooks Road traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction. Left turns will be prohibited for northbound and southbound traffic at 13 Mile Road and 14 Mile Road. Please seek alternate traffic routes if possible to avoid delays.

2021 Local Road Projects

Use the map above to see if a project is affecting your street. Notices of Construction have been mailed to affected residents. Construction work is tentatively scheduled to begin mid-April. The city realizes construction will be an inconvenience and all efforts to expedite the work will be utilized to minimize traffic conflicts and access to various properties abutting the project.
