On June 11, 8:00 - 11:00 AM, Children's Miracle Network at Beaumont Children's will host our 7th annual Walk for Miracles at the Detroit Zoo. Walk for Miracles is a community fundraiser where community members walk the two-mile loop at the Detroit Zoo, and raise funds online with friends and family, benefiting the 200,000 Southeast Michigan children treated at Beaumont Children’s every year.  Registration for the event is just $5 per person, or $20 per family, up to six members.  The Walk for Miracles has a Superhero theme, and all walkers receive a superhero cape, breakfast, and finishing medals. Live superheroes and princesses will be in attendance.  Walkers may enjoy the entire day at the zoo.

The Royal Oak School District is a proud walk partner for 2022. Students from Royal Oak’s elementary, middle, and high schools will lead a 5,000-member fundraising team. Special thanks to Royal Oak High School Student Council, Interact Club, National Honor Society, Pep Band, Dance Team, and Drama Department students for their leadership, fundraising, and involvement.
