Bridenstine, Thomas James; age 47; of Lake Orion; died January 2, 2015. Survived by his wife, Susan; children, John, Margaret and Sarah; mother, Mary Anne Kerr; brother, Michael (Lori); step-children, Courtney, Jack, and William; and many extended family and friends. Predeceased by his father, William Bridenstine. Tom was a graduate of Detroit Catholic Central High School, where he was the captain of the football team as well as a member of student government and National Honor Society. He did undergraduate at University of Michigan and got his MBA at University of Chicago. He worked many years in the advertising sales business in Detroit. His network of friends and colleagues was legendary, and he found enormous pleasure in fatherhood, family, and sports. The family will receive friends Friday, January 9, 2014, from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Modetz Funeral Home, 100 E. Silverbell Rd., Orion. Funeral Mass Saturday, 11 a.m. with an In State time of 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 715 N. Lapeer Rd., Lake Orion. Burial Acacia Park Cemetery, Beverly Hills.
