April 22 is the 40th anniversary of Earth Day. April is often referred to as Earth Month. This is a time to celebrate our wonderful planet, to promote global awareness, and to find ways to prevent global warming. Check www.earthday.org for more information and events. Celebrate National Poetry Month in April by enjoying the following fine titles from the Library's collection, and by visiting the American Academy of Poets online to enjoy a Poem-A-Day. The Academy wants readers to discover the joy of poetry and appreciate the role it plays in our culture.

2012 Tax Forms. The Library has many of the federal paper tax forms for 2012, including the 1040 instruction booklets. All federal forms are online at www.irs.gov/forms-&-pubs. The Library also has many of the Michigan paper tax forms. They can be found online at www.michigan.gov/taxes.
2013 Preschool Information Directory. Download the 2013 Royal Oak Area Preschool and Child Care Directory which gives information on nearly 50 area facilities that provide services for children ages six and under.
