Belisle, Thomas R.; of Royal Oak; died October 19, 2014 in Clarkston. Luke 23:43: And Jesus said unto him, “Verily I say unto thee, today shalt thou be with me in paradise.” Thomas was born May 30, 1928, in Birmingham, MI and lived in Mt. Clemens and Royal Oak. Thomas retired from the Chrysler Corp. Thomas was an avid genealogist, tracing the family back to the 14 hundreds. Thomas was a member of the Chrysler Management Club, Detroit Society for Genealogical Research, Downriver Genealogical Society, French-Canadian Heritage Society, and the General Society of the War of 1812. Thomas was predeceased by his parents, Leo Henry and Meta Olga (Bertling) Belisle, his brothers, Leo, Paul, Edward, Jean, Vincent, and James and his sisters, Agnes (Rufus) Hill and Dorothy (Harold) Hand. Survived by numerous nephews, nieces and friends, and two cousins, Anne Marie Kasprzak of Ypsilanti and Millie Sipes of Greenfield, IN. Visitation at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 1368 N. Crooks Road (between 14-15 Mile Rds.)
