Brockman, Louis; died peacefully at home in New Port Richey, FL, November 20, 2014. He and Edie, his wife of 47 years lived for 15 years in the Twin Beach subdivision before moving to Lake Orion, where Edie died in 1992. Lou was active for many years in the Lake Orion Lions, and was Lion of the Year, and the Knights of Columbus, for which he was Grand Knight. He is survived by wife, Nancy; daughter, Lynne and her husband, Richard of Mattawan; son, Chris and his wife, Julie of Franklinton, NC; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Lou served in the Merchant Marine in W.W.II, established his own successful business, and was active in St. Joseph’s church. He was liked and respected by everyone for his integrity, hard work, and willingness to pitch in and help.
