why wma not playing on android
I think it is because the (wma) format audiobook is DRM protected.

If I am correct is there an app you know of that will allow
DRM protected wma format files to play?

MP3 files play - however not all titles are available in mp3 format.

    I'm assuming that you are referring to OverDrive, the downloadable ebook and audiobook service ROPL provides for its patrons. If so, you are correct, WMA file types will not work with your Android device. Converting them to any other format would be infringing on the copyright rights of the owner of the files.
