I was wondering if you had a copy of the 1870 map of oakland county that shows the town of kensington that I could look at.

Mr. Glover,

We own an 1872 atlas of Oakland County which does include an insert "map" of Kensington, which was located in Lyon Township. You are welcome to come in and look at it. The atlas is located in the Local History Room. Because of the fragile condition of the atlas, copying is not allowed. Stop at the adult reference desk and a librarian will be happy to assist you.
