Looking for new holiday cooking ideas? Hosting a holiday cocktail party? Join us as we welcome Fran Salvatore, certified chef from Pamela's Catering. Chef Fran will present cooking demonstrations, as well as samples of her delicious creations, and provide mouthwatering recipes, techniques and tips for creative holiday cooking. Fran will also provide some tips on hosting a successful cocktail party.
