This program is offered by Gerald Hasspacher, a retired Warren school teacher and a member of the Southeast Michigan Group of the Sierra Club, on Wednesday, August 6 from 7:00 - 8:30 PM in the Youth Activity Room.

The environment is the basis of the web of life. A healthy environment can only be assured through environmentally knowledgeable citizens acting responsibly. Subjects include climate change, greenhouse effect, alternative energy, fracking, hybrid cars, threatened and endangered species in Michigan, biodiversity, and the Great Lakes.
