Snapshot Royal Oak 2011: A Time Capsule Art Contest and Show Work Sessions for Ages 5-10

Come to the Library for two work sessions for the Snapshot Royal Oak - 2011 Art Contest. Collage and drawing materials will be available and early art intake will happen at both sessions. Participants are encouraged to create two-dimensional art works that reflect what Royal Oak is like in 2011. The art works can be entered into the Time Capsule Art Contest and Show. All entrants will have their art displayed at the Library and their names will be included in the time capsule which is to be buried on October 1, 2011 and dug up in 2046. Art contest winners will have pictures of their artwork included in the time capsule. For more information about the art contest, pick up the flyer and application form at the Library. Limit 30.
