The Alexander Technique works by helping you identify and prevent the harmful postural habits that can cause, or aggravate, stress, pain or lack of effectiveness.

You learn to release tension and rediscover balance of mind and body. With increased awareness you can:

  • be poised without stiffness
  • move gracefully yet with strength
  • be alert and focused with ease
  • breathe and speak with freedom
  • be calm and confident

Carol Strozier, a certified and registered Alexander Technique teacher, will explain and demonstrate how to achieve a balanced body and mind, and better health and positive well being.

The program is limited to 20 people. Wear comfortable clothing.
