Maria C. Stepaniak (1939-2012)
Maria C. Stepaniak age 73 of Howell formerly of Troy passed away Wednesday October 3 2012. She was born May 10 1939 in Wyandotte Mich. the daughter of Diego and Francesca (Ragusa) Noto. Loving mother of Dawn (Ken) Davidson of White Lake Michele (Mark) Kurkowski of Commerce Township Edward (Cindy) Stepaniak of Clinton Township and Maria (Terry) Hall of Long Beach Calif.; grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of ten. Also survived by her siblings Frances (Tony) Paciero of Redford Michele DungJen of Troy and Frank (Carol) Noto of Wyandotte; many nieces and nephews. Maria was preceded in death by her husband Edward L. on September 26 1999; four sisters Mary Pizzo Rosalie Manno Margherita Badalamente and Josephine Kennedy. Maria was a member of St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church 2201 S. Old US 23 Brighton where Mass of Resurrection will be held Monday October 8 at 11 a.m. (instate 10-11 a.m.). Interment in White Chapel Memorial Park in Troy. Visitation Saturday October 6 from 5-8 p.m. and Sunday 2-8 p.m. with a Scripture service sharing of memories Sunday 7 p.m. at MacDonald's Funeral Home Howell (517-546-2800).
