Charlene Virginia Lewis age 85 of Berkley and formerly of Madison Heights passed away August 29 2012. She was born November 1 1926 in Toledo Ohio to Charles M. and Emma V. Hansen. She is survived by her children Thomas C. Lewis Gerald Lewis Terry J. (William) Scholes and Kevin B. (Renee) Lewis; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; her sister Dolores Williamson and brother Robert C. Hansen. She was predeceased by her husband Oliver C. Lewis in 1990. Private services were held by the family. The family suggests donation to the Berkley Public Library 3155 Coolidge Highway Berkley MI 48072..
