Gladys Helen Steinke age 92 a longtime resident of Ferndale died Tuesday July 31 2012 at her home. She was born September 2 1919 in Manitou Manitoba Canada to George and Lilly Hodgson. Survived by children Hope (Alan) Hughes Albert (Linda) Leon (Susan) and William (Julie); 15 grandchildren; 15 great- grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Albert; daughter Lilian and her siblings. Visitation Thursday 2-9 p.m. at Spaulding & Curtin Funeral Directors Ferndale and Friday 2:30 p.m. until funeral service 3 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church Ferndale. Interment White Chapel Cemetery Troy.
