Helene M. Horn age 74 of Berkley passed away peacefully June 25 2012. Helene raised her children and also worked 18 years at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak in Accounts Payable. She also enjoyed gardening reading travel and a glass of wine. Survivors are her children Renee (Jim) Vance Annette (Rick Petrucha) Horn Denise (Dave) Losey Rebecca (Jon) McClure Colleen Scott and Mark Horn; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard (March 8 1999). Visitation Thursday 3 p.m. until 4 p.m. Memorial Service at Sawyer-Fuller Funeral Home 2125 12 Mile Rd.
