Daniel Carl Bishop, 46, of Troy, died April 27, 2008, at his home. He was born Sept. 25, 1961, in Highland Park. A graduate of Athens High School, Mr. Bishop also held a degree in accounting from Walsh College. He formerly owned D&B Images and had been a part-time associate at Nino Salvaggio's and Wolf Envelope. He was very involved with the Boys & Girls Club of Troy, coached two softball teams and loved to cook. Mr. Bishop loved flowers and took horticulture classes at Oakland Community College. He was an avid sports fan and especially loved the Red Wings. His family will remember him as a nonjudgmental person who was always willing to help others. Surviving are his father, Robert Bishop of Troy; brothers Brian (Carolann) of Rochester Hills, Randall ofMadison Heights and Timothy (Stacey Morains) of Hadley Township; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Mr. Bishop was predeceased by his mother, Susan Bishop; and his sister, Patricia Sillman. Visitation Wednesday, 2-9 p.m., and Thursday, noon until the 1:30 p.m. funeral service, will be at A.J. Desmond & Sons Funeral Home, 2600 Crooks, Troy. Interment at White Chapel Cemetery, Troy. Memorial contributions may be made to Boys & Girls Club of Troy, 3670 John R., Troy, MI, 48083-5684.
