Charles Boggs, 93, of Royal Oak, died Feb. 21, 2008, at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. He was born Nov. 18, 1914, in Charleston, W.Va., to Lee and Minnie Boggs. Mr. Boggs was the building supervisor for Royal Oak's Main Professional Building for more than 40 years. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Royal Oak. Mr. Boggs is survived by his daughter, Carol (Raymond) Grawey of Royal Oak; niece Shirley Ann Gualda of Canton; friend and caregiver Kelly Gjeldum of Ferndale; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Eleanor, whom he married in 1936; his son, Gary; and his sister, Polly. Visitation Monday, 2-8 p.m., and service Tuesday, 11 a.m., will be at Kinsey-Garrett Funeral Home, 420 S. Lafayette, Royal Oak. Burial will be at Oakview Cemetery.
