Frank Hulme, 86, of Royal Oak, died Feb. 19, 2008, at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. He was born May 26, 1921, in Stoke-on-Trent, England. Mr. Hulme was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran. He was a Royal Oak resident for more than 45 years. He married Alice Hulme Nov. 23, 1946, in Ferndale. Mr. Hulme is survived by his wife, Alice; children, Cindy (Roger) Ackerman, Frank (Jan) Hulme, and Glenn (Margo) Hulme; sister, Betty (John) Render; grandchildren, Scott, Tammy, Debbie, Derek and Danielle; and great-grandchildren, Patrick, Steven, Jason, Michael and Jack. He was predeceased by his sister, Margaret. Visitation,Thursday, 5-8 p.m., and Friday, 2-8 p.m., and funeral service Saturday, 10 a.m., will be at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W. 11 Mile Road, Royal Oak. Burial will be at Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak.
