Dominic S. Milazzo, 96, of Royal Oak, formerly of Ferndale, died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2007, at St. John Macomb Hospital, Warren. He was born May 19, 1911, in Pittston, Pa., to Carmello and Maria Milazzo. Mr. Milazzo retired from General Motors where he was an assembly welder. He was active in the Ferndale Senior Citizens and was awarded the Senior of the Year award in 1999 for his volunteer work. He also delivered mobile meals for 25 years. Surviving are his children, Joseph Milazzo of Cass City, Samuel (Candace) Milazzo of Anthem, Ariz., Antoinette (Gilbert) Cramer of Dartmouth, Mass., and Connie Acton of Royal Oak; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Carmen, in 1993 and his son-in-law, Dennis Acton in 2007. Visitation 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 1-8 p.m. Thursday at Kinsey-Garrett Funeral Home, 420 S.
