Brian Lloyd Hubbel, 66, of Clawson for 34 years died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2007, at St. John Oakland Hos- pital, Madison Heights. He was born Oct. 11, 1941, in Grand Rapids. Mr. Hubbel graduated from Godwin High School, Grand Rapids. He served two years in the US Army. After a few more years in Grand Rapids he moved to the Detroit area and attended Michigan Barber College. After graduation he started his barber career in the Royal Oak area. He owned 2 barber shops in Clawson and was currently working at Hair Razors in Clawson. He also owned Brian's Promotions and Advertising, which he loved very much. Mr. Hubbel was a friend to everyone and always going the extra mile for anyone. He was the trustee and member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Clawson. His favorite times were working at the church and making sure it was in tip-top shape. Over the years, he was a very active member of the Clawson community. He served as vice president and program chairman for the Clawson Chamber of Commerce
