Elizabeth Closs Beckman, 97, of Royal Oak and formerly of Lewiston died Monday, Dec. 17, 2007 at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital - Warren Campus. She was born April 3, 1910 in Parry Sound, Ontario, Canada. Mrs. Beckman enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She was predeceased in 1991 by her husband, Carl. Surviving are her sons, Richard C. (Judith) Beckman of Royal Oak and James L. (MaryLou) Beckman of Shelby Township; 12 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
