Olga Truchan, 89, a lifelong Royal Oak resident, died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2007, at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. She was born Dec. 12,1917, in Detroit Mrs. Truchan was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother. She was a lifelong member of the National Shrine of the Little Flower and loved to garden. She was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Paul Truchan, on July 3, 2001. The couple wed May 28,1939, in Hamtramck. She is survived by her children, Theodore (Barbara) Buchan, Catherine (Donald) Campbell, Therese (Robert) Stout, Thomas (Kay) Buchan and Paul (Joie) Truchan; 13 grandchildren; and 17 greatgrandchildren. Visitation, 28 p.m. Friday with a 7 p.m. Rosary at Wm.
