Alecia Mae Klinger, 93, a longtime resident of Ferndale, died Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007, in Southfield. She was born May 22, 1914, in Evelith, Minn., to Harry and Lillian Wills. Mrs. Klinger was a member of St. James Catholic Church, Ferndale since 1922. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, John Klinger Jr. and granddaughter, Amanda Laconis Surviving are her children, Susan (Lawrence) Laconis, John (Barbara) Klinger HI and Donald (Mary) Klinger; 10 grandchildrer and 15 greatgrandchildren. Visitation is 2 to 9 p.m. today with 7 p.m. scripture service at Spaulding & Curtin Funeral Directors, Ferndale; further visitation, 9:30 a.m. Tuesday until a 10 a.m. Mass at St. James Catholic Church, Ferndale.
