Szyndlar, Henry A., age 91, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on March 13, 2015. World War II Veteran, member of Warren Polka Boosters, K of C, PLAV and lifelong Michigan sports fan. Now reunited with his polka dance partner, his lovely Loretta. Loving father of Marlene (George) Balog, Gloria Bak, Gerard (Samantha) and Ken (Maryanne). Proud grandpa and Dziadziu of Bryan (Brittany), Eric, Alex, Allyson, Isabella, Alexander and great-grandpa of Evan and Connor. Dearly loved and deeply missed by many loving nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 60 years, Loretta and his sister, Irene Skierski. Visitation Monday 5-9 p.m. and Tuesday 1-9 p.m. with a Rosary Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Wasik Funeral Home, Inc., 11470 Thirteen Mile Road (west of Hoover), Warren. Instate Wednesday 9 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass 9:30 a.m. at St. Mark Church, 4257 Bart Avenue (east of Ryan), Warren. Interment Great Lakes National Cemetery.
