Charles W "Red" Partin, 79, of Madison Heights, died Sunday, Sept. 2, 2007 at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital-Warren Campus. He was born on July 10, 1928 in Paducah, Ky. Mr. Partin was an avid fisherman and hunter He loved to learn through reading. He was a handyman. Mr. Partin was predeceased by a brother, John Edward Partin, and his parents, Edgar and May Partin. Mr. Partin was the beloved husband of Alma; dearest father of Mike Partin, Bruce Partin, Jim (Karen) Partin, Brenda (Ron) Clark, Linda (Roger) Breeding, Becky (Nick) Pranis and Sherri (Mark) Gebhard; loving grandfather of 19 grandchildren and great-grandfather of 27 great-grandchildren. Visitation, 5-9 p.m. today at the Sawyer-Fuller Funeral Home 2125 W. 12 Mile (two blocks west of Woodward Avenue) in Berkley; funeral service, 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, officiated by Rev.
