Teresa Mae Thomas, 72, of Oak Park for eight years, formerly of Royal Oak, died Saturday, July 21,. 2007, at Wm. Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. She was born Feb. 6, 1935, in Westernport, Md. Ms. Thomas retired in 2005 after 15 years as a quality control inspector at Cadillac Products, Troy. A member of Guardian Angels Catholic Church, Clawson, she enjoyed outdoor gardening and collecting antiques and Snowbabies.Surviving are her children, Rhonda L. Carpenter of Macomb Township and Terry A. (Frank) Barber of Brighton; siblings, Isabelle Roye of Ferndale, Elizabeth "Libby" Frantz of Sparks, Nev., Eloise Brennan of Royal Oak and Emmet "Mike" Brennan of Orion Township; grandchildren, Kendra, Jessica, Christopher, Thomas, Nicholas and Ashleigh and one great-grandchild, Vandan. She was predeceased by her parents, Emmet and Beulah Brennan, and a brother, Raymond "Joe" Brennan. A gathering of friends will be held 2:30 p.m. Wednesday until time of memorial service, 3 p.m., at the Chapel of Flowers, White Chapel Memorial Cemetery Troy.
