Alice "Peggy" Hulme age 88 died April 12 2011 at Sunrise Assisted Living in Rochester. She was born June 4 1922 in Hazel Park to the late Charles and Alice Parsonson. Mrs. Hulme was a 1940 graduate of Hazel Park High School and enjoyed many years working on the Hazel Park High School Reunion Committee. She worked at N. A. Woodworth Co. during World War II producing aircraft parts. She was a 41-year resident of Hazel Park and later a 45-year resident of Royal Oak. She is survived by her children Cindy (Roger) Ackerman Frank (Jan) Hulme and Glenn (Margo) Hulme; siblings Ernie (Jean) Parsonson and Carol (Gordon) Vincent; grandchildren Scott Tammy Debbie Derek and Danielle; and great grandchildren Patrick Steven Jason Michael and Jack. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Hulme on February 19 2008; the couple married November 23 1946 in Ferndale. The visitation will be Thursday 5-8 p.m. and Friday 2-8 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home 705 W Eleven Mile Road (4 blocks E of Woodward) Royal Oak. The service will be Saturday 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
