Pearl Ellis age 91 of Warren went to our Lord on April 12 2011. She was born January 30 1920 in Williamsburg Kentucky to the late Julia and Page Stephens. She was a devoted member of Heritage Baptist Church and an active member of the Sonshine Club. She enjoyed traveling and having lunch with her many friends. Beloved wife of the late Walter Edgar Ellis whom she married in 1942. Loving mother of Sandra (Bill) McLaughlin Patricia (Wayne) Houts and Hugh (Cynthia) Ellis. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; sister Mary Jones of Ohio; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday 2-8 p.m. at the Hopcroft Funeral Home 31145 John R Road Madison Heights. Funeral service will be held at the Heritage Baptist Church 8291 E. 14 Mile Road Sterling Heights on Saturday with visitation at 11 a.m. followed by an 11:30 a.m. service.
