Book Pickup begins at the Youth Services Desk Monday, July 11. Meeting on Monday, August 1 at 7:00 PM.
Join us on the library lawn for activities such as Twister, Giant Jenga, hula hoops, jump ropes, hopscotch and more! Children will enjoy a story and song, and then have time to explore different games with their families. Registration is requested. Limit 40.
Join the cast of the Magic Carpet Theatre for a presentation of Where the Wild Things Are, Maurice Sendak’s story about a boy’s journey into his imagination.

Meet a police officer and go on a tour of the Royal Oak Police station! Learn more about what police officers do and what it takes to become a police officer. See inside the station including a look at the jail cells. Registration is requested. Limit 20 per session.

All children who participate in the Summer Reading Program are invited to attend this outside event. Games, activities, train rides, the Chaos Obstacle Course and a Tropical Maze will be available.
