This program lasts two hours.

America’s premier youth fiddling show band! The musicians, all students from Saline High School, present an energetic and polished show that features a diverse range of music from American folk, fiddle, bluegrass, jazz, western swing, and Celtic traditions.  Spirited vocals and Appalachian step dancing combine with the fiddle music to create an unforgettable live performance.

Join the cast of the Magic Carpet Theatre for a presentation of Where the Wild Things Are, Maurice Sendak’s story about a boy’s journey into his imagination. The performers use a special interactive readers’ theatre style where children participate by role-playing, creating sound effects, and making rhythms. The Magic Carpet Performance is fast-paced with lots of humor and audience participation.
