Launch a Business Series
Wednesday, April 16
01:00 PM - 03:00 PM
It’s estimated that 93% of all adults over the age of 18 have considered a business of their own. Local author and entrepreneur Dan Nichols is challenging you to take that thought to the next level. If you’ve ever wanted to give your ideas legs, this might be the perfect opportunity to do so with the guidance of the Lemonade Stand Simple Business Planning System. Dan is confident that he can get you from where you are to where you want to be in a business of your very own.
You are encouraged to attend this short 3-week course and use Dan’s system and knowledge to get your idea off the ground and onto the streets. Whether you have considerable experience in business or NONE at all, Dan promises it will be well worth your time to tickle your dreams and prime your entrepreneurial pump!
Join us on the following Wednesdays from 1:00 - 3:00 pm (September 11 and 18 in the Friends Auditorium; September 25 in the youth activity room). It is beneficial to attend all three classes.
- April 9 – Getting ready for your new life as a business owner; setting up/details of start up: legal, accounting, funding, etc.
- April 16 – Determining your unique value – your differentiator
- April 23 – First steps – ways to ease into self employment
Each entrepreneur will receive the complete “Lemonade Stand Simple™ Business Planning System” complete with the virtual audio coach and workbook. You will need to bring a never used 1 GB USB Stick (flash drive.)
Registration is requested. Fill out the form below or call the adult reference desk at 248-246-3727. Sponsored by the Friends of the Royal Oak Public Library.
